07-31-05,Our case agent dropped a fresh tidbit of info during our lengthy call last week.
The surveillance cameras had stopped working in April of 2002.
Tom knew it, as did his supervisor , and most of the employees .
New info that again leads nowhere.
Let's see, we have:
1) A base that is easily gotten onto .
2) Busy area so DNA is everywhere, just not any that pinpoints the actual killer .
3)Non-working surveillance cameras.
4)Also wearing gloves , carrying a box in and closing the door after the deed is done, helps.
5)Element of surprise paramount to killing a 6'2, 230 lb. man.If he's seated too, even better.
6)Murder weapon cannot be linked to a specific individual.
7) After 3 years everybody's stories are the same.
This is how someone gets away with murder.
